The location of the hotel is ideal, close to shops, restaurants, entertainment, the train station, and Japantown. My room was fully-equipped, beautifully decorated, and had a comfortable King bed.

hotel is very well located. rooms are nothing to sell you as a 4* hotel but they are right, just like that. bed is good and room is clean.
This hotel ruined our stay at SFO because on the first day we left a golden wedding ring on the table in our room and it was gone by night. We talked to the reception and different staff to find out what could have happened, we even looked at everything in the room that hadn't fallen out during the cleaning but the ring was nowhere to be found. They even told us as an excuse that sometimes people from outside the hotel sneak into the rooms during the cleaning and that they might enter the room and steal something. Honestly, to be told this in a hotel where I stay and leave my belongings I find it at least, very untrustworthy. They assured us that before we left they would give us an answer and that we wouldn't worry since the hotel's insurance covered it, and a month later we were still waiting, since once we left, they didn't answer any mail or anything. Very bad treatment from the hotel managers. No doubt I would never stay in this hotel again, since they steal your belongings and nobody responds at all.

Location and cleanliness. last day we met Q, hotel employee who advised and helped us to call a taxi and took care of our bags and jackets. Thank you Q for being so nice to us.
At night you could hear a very loud engine noise. We complained and at first they pretended to be surprised, but then they told us that this noise lasted all night and was heard all over the hotel. They moved us to a smaller, older room where it was less audible. Besides, every day of our stay (5 days) we had to go and ask for a towel at the reception because we were 4 girls and they only left 3 towels in the room. The plugs were failing and we asked for another adapter (because one of the ones we had was broken) but they told us that they could not leave us any, that if we wanted, we could buy one for almost 30$. In short, the staff is neither friendly, helpful nor attentive.

This place has reasonably large rooms with two double beds and a newly decorated bathroom, located right at Curran, an amazing and incredible spot.
